From secretariat　　　 February 15th,2014 We held the 14th HSC conference on February 15rd, 2014. Around 100 people, citizens and administrative person attended this conference. We had lively discussion over Horikawa’s state we could know by 14^th stage survey and The going and coming clarification measures. by Nagoya City. Especially We could find Horikawa became clean in 14^th stage (from September to December in 2013) by HSC reports and reported this reason sharply by investigating the data.
