We held the 13th HSC conference in a course room on the 11th floor of Nagoya Urban Institute on September 29th, 2013.

This conference has been held every half year, starting in September of 2007.

The 13th HSC conference was held for report on results of fixed point observation of twelfth stage etc. about 1205 people, citizens and administrative person attended the conference.

The conference was really solid. The examples of contents are below.
